I found a broken retron game system at a goodwill. This seemed like a great case for use in building out a retro pi console.
I wanted a console with the original game controllers could be plugged in. This is achieved via using the usb adapters for the console controllers.
Inside the case I mounted a raspberry pi, a usb hub, and then the control boards for the usb adapters.
Control your windows PC over your webos phone.
This was a really neat system. It had a server that ran on your computer, it would cut up the screen into segments and relay only the ones that changed to the app running on your phone.
The webos phone only could use javascript, so there needed to be some clever tricks to make this functional. It pretty much was a webpage running on your phone with only certain images updating as things changed on your computer. It did the update fast enough that it felt like you were directly controlling the computer over the phone.
Inspired by the classic spy hunter game. I made this game for the webos phone.
WebOS ran only javascript and this was developed in that.

WebOS finally added C++ support. This was my first attempt at a simple game written in that. Where all the others were done in javascript.
